Armand de Brignac is made exclusively from Premier Cru and Grand Cru grapes from the Montagne de Reims, Cote des Blancs and Vallee de la Marne terroirs. Each of the cuvees is a blend of three outstanding vintage years and includes a special liqueur de dosage aged for a full year in oak casks from Burgundy and Champagne. Armand de Brignac bottles age in a gated section of the cellars, considered among the deepest in Champagne at more than 30 metres underground. Remuage (riddling) is carried out by hand on traditional wooden racks, taking 30-45 days. After remuage and degorgement, the bottles are aged for at least a further six months before release. 12.50%
