The palate offers zesty ripe citrus flavours coupled with an edge of minerality and sweet herbs. A small barrel ferment component gives balancing flesh to the wine's crisp refreshing acidity. A cool season with naturally low yields produced fruit of outstanding flavour. Ideal to pair with crisp green salads, mussels and olives, and tropical fruit.
