Notes of red apple, apricot and roasted yellow fig enrich the fresh, elegant mouthfeel and fine mousse. The finish is long, complex and moreish with toasty brioche and hints of dark chocolate. A blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay that provides the perfect balance between finesse and power.
