The grapes were hand selected and vinified together for one reason only, only 3 barrels were made!
Chenin Blanc is the base of this blend for the fruitiness; the Semillon gives in a way the freshness and the Viognier and Chardonnay the floral and fullness.
Best served with rich pasta dishes or tapas style foods.
