My Story My business started because I suffered anaphylactic shock. It was then that I discovered spelt flour and began baking my own bread. I supplied our local health food shop but as demand increased I decided to put my recipe in a bag for you to bake at home. You can have fresh bread which is quick, easy to make and is ready for the oven in less than 5 minutes!
