Gather 4 shallow molds and place them in a deep baking tray. Add the Greens Creamy Panna Cotta mixture to a pan, pour in the milk and double cream. Mix with a wooden spoon then transfer to a medium heat. Bring to the boil whilst stirring for 2 minutes then simmer for 2 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a jug. Pour enough mixture to fill each mold and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Warm up the base of the molds (to allow the panna cotta to come out easily) by dipping the molds in warm water. Upturn the molds and wait a few minutes, keep checking to see if the panna cotta has freed itself from the mold. Pour over the peaches and syrup when ready to serve. Enjoy!
