Time to make some creme egg brownies. Soft centre brownies topped with gooey creme eggs, perfect for an Easter treat!
Ingredients:
- 75g chocolate
- 50g butter
- 100g sugar
- 1 egg
- 38g flour Flour_ApprovedFood
- 20g cocoa powder
- 3 creme eggs Creme_Egg_ApprovedFood
Method:
Preheat the oven (170°C, gas mark 3). Melt the chocolate and butter in a pan over a medium heat. Add the sugar and mix. Add eggs and mix. Add flour and cocoa and mix. prepare a baking tray with some baking paper. Pour the brownie mixture into a baking tray and tap. Slice the creme eggs in half and submerge evenly into the brownies mixture. Place the baking tray on the middle tray of the oven and bake for 15 minutes. The center of the creme egg may be very hot, allow the brownies to cool slightly before eating them.
