Fancy a burger but need to watch the calories? Try this low-calorie burger recipe using the Exante Diet Burger Mix.
- 2 Exante Diet Burger Mix 57g (2 for £1.50, RRP £1.59)
- 1 red onion, chopped
- Basil leaves, chopped
- Parsley, chopped
- Light pesto, 1 tbsp
- 1 egg, beaten
- Coconut oil, 1 tbsp
Mix the two sachets of Exante Meal Replacement Burger with the red onion, basil, parsley, pesto and the egg in a large bowl. Divide the mixture into 4 medium-sized balls and flatten. Place into the fridge for few hours, or overnight. Cook either on the BBQ or in a frying pan using the coconut oil. Serve with onions, salad, tomatoes, avocado and a bun.
