October 2013 Prize Draw

Entering our competition couldn’t be easier, simply place an order from Tuesday 1st October 2013 up to midnight Thursday 31st October 2013 to enter the prize draw for one of these great prizes including a classic city break for 2 people, lots of Approved Food credit and even more Approved Food shipping discounts to make sure shopping cost even less!

One prize draw entry will be made for every qualifying order, therefore placing multiple qualifying order will result in multiple entries into the prize draw.

Qualifying orders must be:

• Completed and timestamped as paid by our website between 00:00, 1st October 2013 and 23:59 on 31st October 2013 inclusive.
• Simply just place an order to enter (each order = 1 entry into the draw)

Upon receipt of the single winner’s details the prize will be ordered directly from Next, gift experiences. The prize is a classic cities break for 2 in a wonderful city of choice.

This is a one night stay for two people with breakfast included.

Valid until: 1/9/2014

The minimum age is 18 years old.

This is for a voucher entitling the holder to any of the activities supplied by Activity Superstore up to the value stated.

b) £50 Approved Food credit– 2 of

The two winner’s account will each receive £50 of credit that will then automatically be used for payment on future orders.

c) £25 Approved Food Credit– 4 of

The four winner’s account will each receive £25 of credit that will then automatically be used for payment on future orders.

d) Free Delivery Credit – 10 of

The ten winner’s accounts will each receive £5.25 of credit that will then automatically be used for payment on future orders. The sum of £5.25 credit is equivalent to the regular UK National Rate delivery offered by Approved Food at £5.25. This allows all customers to receive the same benefit in delivery charges.

1. The closing date is stated on each individual prize draw or competition.
2. Prize draws and competitions are only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
3. The promotions are open to employees of Approved Food Ltd. – with the exception of any employees (and their families), their agents or related third parties who are directly connected with the administration of these promotions.
4. Winner(s) will be selected at random after the closing date from all entries received. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Winner(s) will be notified by email or telephone (using the details provided at entry) within 6 weeks of the closing date.
6. If the Promoter cannot contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within a reasonable period of time (to be established at the Promoter’s sole discretion) the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner of the Promotion and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.
7. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the Prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
8. By entering any of Approved Food online prize draws and competitions you agree to having your name, details and photo published online.
9. A list of winners will be available six weeks after the closing date by sending a SAE to Approved Food Ltd at our business address.
10. No cash alternatives will be provided.
