Hazy straw in colour, our 312 has a low International Bitterness Unit at 18 and uses First Gold, Mt. Hood and Cascade Hops.
We would recommend serving 312 Urban Wheat Ale with salads and fish, as well as fresh chevre, buffalo mozzarella cheeses.
