Michael Seresin was born in New Zealand, but now works as a filmmaker in London. Michael is a convinced supporter of everything that is organic and organic. The Seresin domain was established in 1992. Both the vineyards and the olive trees are certified organic.
From the 'Raupo Creek' and 'Home' vineyards. The hand-picked grapes undergo a selection on the sorting table before the fermentation in oak barrel. The wine is filtered very lightly before bottling. The Chardonnay has a nose of honey-sweet peach, Golden Delicious apples, ginger and allspice with a touch of baking bread. Medium-bodied, it has a beautiful silky texture and numerous stone fruits and ends with great length. In summary, this is a well-concentrated Chardonnay, complex, buttery but with a high portion of finesse and nice freshness. A blissful chardonnay who received 91/100 Parker points for a reason.
