Made on the Chase family farm in Herefordshire from scratch using rare varieties of apples from Chase's 300 year old bioganic cider orchards
Chase press organically grown cider apples from the Chase Farm in Herefordshire, before fermenting and distilling them into vodka.
This liquid is then distilled a fourth time in a copper carter head style gin still to infuse eleven selected botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica root and seed, liquorice, orrice, orange, lemon, hops, elderflower and fresh apple bramley.
A simple serve for Williams Elegant 48 Gin is neat with ice and a slice of apple. So refreshing
