Barker Bakes Sugar Modelling Paste - a premium natural gum based modelling paste for superior stretch, strength and performance. This paste can be worked reasonably finely (more so than sugarpaste but not as fine as flowerpaste) to produce high quality sugar items to finish your cakes, used by both professional and home bakers. The texture is of soft and easy to handle and can be used straight from the pack (which can also be used to freeze the product in if wished).
