Ferrero Rocher Brownies

  • 375g chocolate
  • 375g butter, cut into pieces
  • 500g caster sugar (Silver Spoon granulated sugar 1kg, 65p)
  • 6 medium eggs
  • 225g plain flour

Preheat the oven to 160°C/180°C fan/gas mark 4. Melt the butter and chocolate in a pan. Beat the sugar and eggs in a bowl. Stir in the butter and chocolate mixture. Add the flour and beat well. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the tray and cook for 20-25 minutes. Take the tray out and press Ferrero Rochers evenly through the tray, cook for a further 20 minutes. Take out the oven allow the brownies to cool slightly and cut up.
