Line a baking tray with some baking paper. Chop up the Mars bars and butter. Add the Mars bars, butter and golden syrup into a saucepan and stir till everything is melted, this may take a while. Make sure to keep an eye on the pan so it does not burn and keep stirring. Once everything is melted, stir in the honey monster puffs. Pour the mixture into the baking tray and place in the fridge until firm, around 1 hour. While the base sets melt the chocolate. Pour the melted chocolate over the set base and place in the fridge to set. Take it out prior to eating to soften.
