One Pot Moroccan Chicken

Travel to Morocco with this Chicken Tonight Moroccan One Pan recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Tonight Moroccan One Pan Sauce 500g (2 for £1.50, RRP £1.70)
  • Chicken (Approved Food for a week hamper, £15.00)
  • Peaches (Bridge House Peach Slices In Syrup 220g, 2 for £1.00)
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • Rice or couscous, serve

Method:

Chop up the chicken. Heat some oil in a pot and when hot brown the chicken pieces. Add the Chicken Tonight Moroccan One Pan Sauce and cook for 15 minutes. With 5 minutes left, add the peaches and red pepper. Keep stirring to ensure the sauce does not stick. Serve with rice or couscous.
