As someone who is working to improve communication and spread the message that Approved Food is the best place to do your online shopping I had to try it for myself. You can’t communicate properly unless you know what the Approved Food experience is like from the customers’ viewpoint.

So I placed my first order on Sunday and it arrived in a big box today (Thursday) and, although my sweet tooth is obvious from the items I chose, the experience of ordering has been incredibly easy.
From picking my products, paying and then waiting for my order to arrive the communication from the website has been excellent. I’ve been updated throughout on the process and received a message this morning to tell me that my order was to be delivered between 9.33am and 10.33am. The doorbell sounded at 10am precisely.
The first thing that was evident was the thorough way the items had been packed. My order included products from prawn crackers to bottles sauces – you can imagine the carnage of the bottles had been bouncing on the crackers on their journey to my door. But you open the box to find four smaller boxes inside, plenty of bubble wrap and everything in A1 condition.
I’ve started on the Wagon Wheels and Prawn Crackers and they taste great.
So all I can tell you is my first experience has been hassle free and my kitchen cupboards are now pretty full after my £31.08 order has saved me £73.79 on the RRP for all of the items chosen.
I couldn’t have been more pleased.
