Description

'Nduja uses only the best pork from Calabrian pigs and a little fat.
From the Calabrian countryside which was created by farmers during the war to use up any surplus meat after the slaughter of pigs.
Added to this are typical Calabrian spicy red peppers and locally sourced extra virgin olive oil to make it spreadable.
Spread over warm rustic ciabatta or crostini as well as the perfect pizza topping, sandwich filling and pasta sauce ingredient.
