Travel to America with this hot dog recipe using products sold at Approved Food and save
Ingredients:
- Homepride sticky smoky Cajun cooking sauce (2 for £1.50, £0.89 each, RRP £1.68) cajun_cooking_sauce
- Sausage (Approved Food meat hamper £15) meathamper
- Hot dog buns
- Heinz tomato Ketchup (342g £0.99 RRP £1.45) ketchup

- Salad leaves and sliced tomatoes
Method:
Preheat an oven to 200C/ 180C fan/ gas mark 6. Add the sausages to a baking tray or heat proof dish. Cook for 25 minutes. Next, take out the sausages and pour over the Homepride All American Sweet Mustard BBQ cooking sauce. Following that, place the sausages back into the oven and further cook for 10-15 minutes or until the sausages are fully cooked. Once the sausages are cooked place in a hot dog roll and serve with your favourite sauces, salad leaves and sliced tomatoes. Make sure the food is piping hot before serving. *Leftover sausage mixture can be frozen but make sure it is fully cooled beforehand *.
