Description

Barishal Fish is a classic Bangladeshi fish curry recipe. Very spicy with lots of tang! There are many examples of fish that can be used. however a meaty white fish is what we recommend. For example Basa, Cod and Pollock are our favourites however there are so many types that work well well leave this up to you! We also encourage using a vegetable along with your fish. Traditionally a Bangladeshi fish curry will also contain some aubergine or cauliflower or just good old fashioned potatoes!
